Need help getting equivalent replacement parts, I ordered the 15-177 slate blue replacement shoe only to then realize the plastic bushing parts around the spring was a mess too. Also realized I had some broken t bars also.

Good afternoon, I am trying to attach my S500 spiral balance to the 17-083 bracket for my windows. The brass bracket will not fit into the keyhole cut in the bracket in any combination of turns. Our windows are hard to open and close. We have non tilt sliding windows. Attached is the stamp on the current channel balance. The current balance seems to just be too strong for the weight of the sash. Your help would be amazing. Thank you, Jordan

Have 30744B and 30744D. They will not engage the window to open or close. Do you have a replacement operator for these?
