Hello. A window balance of ours recently broke, and we'd like to learn what updated pieces could be used. The rod on this balance is about 29 and 1/4 inches long. On a plastic clip, it shows PAT# 5737.877. Any help on what to use in place of this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have this part? crank just spins and window doesn't open. How do I replace/fix? Its 100% vinyl so how do I remove vinyl (not wood) trim to remove and replace part? Thx

I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review. Thanks Phil
