Hello, I need service for the patio sliding doors of my townhome. The inner space of double pane glass has got foggy and some stains have developed on the inner part of the glass door. Holes are 4" on center which I cannot find anywhere.

I just replaced my patio door handle with 82-086. Everything went smoothly. The only issue I'm having is the outside key / lock is difficult to turn. What could be causing this and how can I fix it? The inside lever works smoothly.Thank you Beata

Hi, This is what was on window, we need to replace the channel balance. nami ansi/aama 101-93 code nua spec dh-r40 series 900 mst 4565 We think we need 17" series 350 with 19-002 top attached and 15-004 shoe attachment. We don't know what sash option to choose. Thanks, Mike

I've lived in my home for 5 years. The previously installed double hung tilt windows have never opened or closed up and down easily. I tried cleaning and lubricating with no luck. Each sash weighs 19.8 lbs. currently installed tilt balance spirals are 5/8" x 25" with BLACK tips. Seems those are for ... (cont.)
