Hi, the lever on my sliding door handle snapped off. Is replacement lever 82-240 compatible with my existing hardware. I don't know my current make/model but I've attached pictures. Thanks!

Unfortunately the colors are way off (39-102), but more dire is that the leverage provided by the handle is just not enough to open these heavy windows. The handle snapped off the latch/lock mechanism on my Wincore window. I hope the labels and pix I uploaded describe the window. I can provide more if needed, but hard to be sure all of the images I tried to upload actually did so.

The manufacturer of my single hung vinyl windows is not known. The sash seems to have a lot of lateral freedom for movement when raised. All of the windows have channel balances popping up. I removed to broken latch and slid in the replacement. Then the latch did not work. I took it off and it was fine, the sling was working great. I put it back in and it wouldn't budge. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is the size of slightly. Not sure. Please help ?

I have a window balance that won't catch/hold the window in place. Pictures attached. It is a 28" balance with model 2750 stamped on the side. The top end plastic has wings but the bottom doesn't. It is exactly 1" wide with wings at top plastic. Width of rail is ~1/2" or 9/16".
