Is this a universal parts?

I window uses a 32" C Channel Balance but the Balance Shoe is a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe. I looked at your PN S795-32C but it shows it uses a different shoe. How can I get the S795-32C Channel Balance with a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe? thanks

I went to home depot then I went to other places and I keep ordering parts and they don't work and I had to take balances back and order more from other places. I bought your 15-048 and series 600 balances and I watched your video but my window still won't stay up.There are three identical windows i ... (cont.)
