the door latch is broken.. is there a replacement part I could purchase?

Unknown mfg, approx 30 years old. Need 4 total rollers.

Handle no longer working. Will not release when turning to opern door.

Our Hurd Millwork windows have broken balance assemblies. Can you advise on just inserting a new spring and slide or if the entire side window assembly needs to be replaced. Do you have parts available for either option. The home was built in 2001.

1-1/4 wheel diameter can you confirm part before we order. Will need qty 4.

Hello! We recently purchased the beautiful original 1950s Cape Cod with all the original crank out windows. Of the 23 crank outs on the first floor 19 of them are the exact same size (thankfully!) and are approximately 16.5" x 48.5". We are looking for replacement parts primarily for the cranks wh ... I need two of these, one for each side, for another similar window. The window I need these for will not stay open.

I need replacement for this window and I need the little side balancers that let it pivot and up and down (pictured) what is the model of the window?

Please help me identify the attached rollers (or compatible replacements). They came out of an SGD-R20-96x82 sliding door, probably installed in the early 2000s. Window is 43: x 60" Looking to relpace broken spring

Identical or functional equivalent. Arm is 13.5" Label on arm says "Truth". Sill opening is 4".

Please help find a replacement part. This snapped in half and needs fixed. Also need matching shoe
