I have several of these guides that are corroded and no longer keep the springs attached to the window. I need help identifying.

See attached from original door. I need 10-12 pieces.

Need a balancer for a Norandex window. The sticker is on the picture.

We have special wood frame Milgard windows that are not made by the manufacturer anymore but seem to have regular balancer/footers. Due to wear and tear, the metal footers that are shown in the picture are bent/broke. I have attached the window number picture, here too. Do you carry? ... (cont.)

The window only cranks in so far and stops before it's close enough for the window latches can pull it in the rest of the way.

I don't really have a lot of information. Apparently the previous owner really wanted her cranks

Hi, snap in glazing was cut to remove broken glass. I don't see any similar profile. 1" wide

I have these same corner latches with small square profile pins and need replacements. The product Paul linked to 95-264, has large rectangular pins that will not work. The pins on my screen are 3/32" square and go into a 3/16" round hole.

I am looking for these sash locks. Hole spacing on the keeper is 7/8"Hole spacing on the operating part of the lock is 2 1/16"

I have a customer whose balances have failed, but I cannot find this style of coil balance shown here. It looks like two separate units.
