I have replaced several window balances however I am trying to replace some now the ones I got will not hold the window up the old balances do not have a stamp or anything written on them how do I find which ones I need for that window?

I have a pella sliding glass patio door, is there a way to tell what type of rollers it uses before taking it out? I would like to avoid having to take it out and then wait for parts if possible.

Looking for pins or rivets for old style casement windows hingesi only need 4 pins or rivets I ground the tops off so I could remove windows to replace glass thinking it would be easy to replace the hinge hardware. The entire workings inside the crank are broken. I can't buy just a new crank. The mechanism inside just pulls in and out, but won't come out, and spins round and round.
