I have a Truth Operator 40056 RH,but the arm is 11" from rivet point to nylon roller.It has the 4 hole mount.Any ideas?Bob

I'm looking all over for a snap-in window bead replacement for my sliding glass door that was made by Philips. The window bead is 90 inches long at the tall side and 33 inches long at the short side. I think Philips is out of business so I hope I can still get this type of bead.

Kinco made window, need channel balances for two windows. One is marked "29-6 KX CMC 7". The other has no marking on t, and is 35 inches long. End hardware is the same for both sets of channel balances.

This is a dual pane window that has a black rubber glazing bead/ weatherstipping, and it's shrunk so I need new. Please let me know if it's something you carry

These glazing beads are from an aluminum window sliding set, and these 2 particularly go on the stationary window. Bronze in color, the smaller stop goes on the side that the latch attaches to(middle of the window). And the larger stop goes on the opposite side, closest to the end of the window. No ... (cont.)

Part # E32 9P27 1X7 stamped on balance. Cannot identify current model or part number. This is from an Anderson window vintage 1977.

The shoe measures 1 1/4 wide 2" tall and 3/8 thick. The pivot bar that goes with it is one screw 2" long 5/16 wide by 3/16 I found the bar but can't seem to find the shoe on your site. Please help Michael.

I have figured out I need a 21" series 385 balance but the spring weight only goes up to 27 lbs. The stamp on the old balance indicates I need a spring for 30 lbs. What option should I do?

Bought a home with a no-name sliding glass door that happens to be missing the handle and locking mechanism.
