Good Afternoon, I have a PSII Sliding Door and the latch on the lock snapped off. I couldn't find the same part on your website. I've included a link to the part that I found that looks most similar. Window will not move freely. Looks like sash is missing or some part that allows free movement. I took some pictures of the window hoping you are able to assist and guide me in the right direction. If necessary, I can call and discuss.

Hi. I am trying to replace the window springs on two windows. The metal springs do not appear to have and numbers but the spring covers are stamped H65 32/3M on one and H6 34/5M on the other. Can you help me order the correct parts?Thank you.Kyle

First, sorry so dirty in the pics. Trying to repair rent house windows. The latches are broken and the shoe is stuck in the bottom of the one. The only marking I can find on the window is PRISM. The best I can measure the latches are 2.5" by a hair under .75"

I have ordered two different door pulls for my Anderson gliding screen door, they are bigger than the original and do not lock as good. I contacted Anderson and they said they no longer carry this part for my 1988 door. I need it in the stone color and my handle is 3 1/8".....the new pulls are 3 5 ... (cont.)

We ordered parts S165-4 (Coil Balance) and 15-111 (Pivot Shoe) to repair a double hung window. We also need a coil balance cover and potentially a different coil balance. The broken coils seem to be thicker (1/2") than the one we purchased and the end slot is in a different place on the broken coils ... (cont.)

This lock needs replacement, looking on your website I think a replacement lock may be lock number 82-002. The spiral balance of my window is broken and needs to be replaced. The spiral balance is 29 inches long and 3/8 inches in diameter. The color of the needle tip is not clear. Can't quite get this to match any parts in you catalog but all my parts are seriously oxidized and broken. Hard to get good dimensions. Metal moving part that slides in place to lock window is wobbly and doesn't latch into place when lock if fully tightened into window casing. Part is marked A-S 9018 94 2 Thank you!
