I need to replace crank handle for old Patriot casement windows. Looks like the bore measures 3/8-inch, and the width of the handle is 3 inches There is a number "13" on the crank handle and it attaches to the operator NO. 30866. I have Milgard windows and need to replace a pair of balances. I've narrowed it down the S385 and 33" balance, but do not know what weight to give it. The stamping on the old balances are 32-4-JQ Caldwell. Also, is the 16-002 a standard take out clip that likley works on Milgard? ... (cont.)
