Malta window. Need crank and lock

I have 2 different kinds of windows in my house with broken sash balances. they are stamped BSI 20 3 and BSI 26 4 Attached are pics - i have more but it seems like the plastic end pieces are the same for each window - only the size is different.

I am having some difficulty with my window. Specifically, I can?t close it using the crank. In other words, when I turn the crank, the window does not move. Consequently, I have to close it manually. my patio door is dragging. I think the bearings inside my be chewed up.

The attached photo is of my door lock that needs replaced. The door has no identification on it. The inside of the plastic handle has a BB on it - see photo. Can you tell me if you have a replacement part for this item.
