They are 29" and look almost the same as your series 385, except the shoe is not exactly the same. It does have wings that stick out, and the with of the wings is 15/16", but the length of the outside is 17/16 or 1 1/16". The depth is only 15/16 measuring from the side and going from the wing on the ... (cont.)

I have bought parts from you prior for my TRUTH window parts. My neighbors are also labelled TRUTH but are very different shaped than mine. I am trying to find parts for him.

I measure the length to be 26 3/4in. Stamped on old balance is 26 2. what do I use for replacement?

Looking for this vinyl stop mobile home window

Having a difficult time removing the screw to identify the rollers. Any suggestions? The screw is corroded on the connecting spot on the roller. I tried WD40 and other penetrates. Any guidance would be appreciated.
