One of the parts has the number "5050" on it. spiral balance

Broken window latch. Home was built in 2005 by Pulte. Sun City Hilton Head. No exact records, but they think they might have been Ply Gem windows.

Need help identifying the replacement for the broken pivot show for a Pennco window.

I have a patio door lock DNS industrial Miami Florida series 1400 I'd like to replace it which of your locks matches this one for replacement

Any help would be grateful. We have been trying to locate this part from an old louver window system in Florida. Any ideas?

I have sliders onto to my back deck, with sliding screen doors. One looks original and the roller is attached at the top. That's the one that's not sliding smoothly. I ordered item number S 750-28 as you can see is the wrong one The length is good- the thickness is not- mine is like 1/2 inches and the 2 end are different. Please let me know what?s the right item number.

HelloI moved into a condo with metal closet doors. One door is off the track and someone has tried to fix in the past. I think they are from the 70s.
