When I bought this house, the doors were here but no tracks. There is a tag on the door that says Chaparral as a brand name. Can I buy these from you or do you know where I can get them. Doors are 3 feet wide and door opening is 5' 11".

I am replacing 2 channel balance rods on one of my Capital Product windows. The window measures 33x58. It looks like my channel balance rods match...S371-29. There are no markings on these pieces at all. I am not sure what stamp option I need for the sash weight range. Any help would be app ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm from Austin Texas and I need to order new window slides for a few windows but I don't know what I need. The channel has 27-4 stamped on the back. They are 29in long in total, and I included pics of all the parts I need.

I think I need Series 395 Channel Balances. It is 34" for just the metal piece, so not sure what size I need. See pictures. Has marking of 3350 on the side. Do I need balance shoe and top or do they come attached?

Hi, the strings in my window channel balances broke and I could use your help to identify the correct replacement part. The metal bar length measures exactly 21 inches and the only identifying IDs I could locate were "20 4 AV CMC 7" and "20 4 AV CMC 2". Thank you, Ernest

I have 2 Milstone Single hung series 1000 windows. My husband couldn't figure out why the windows wouldn't open. He tried and tried and Low and behold it was because they were locked.
