Can you find a replacement for the missing handle?

The windows open and slide up. They slide fine but the inspector called them out on our escrow because they wiggle back and forth. Home was Tracy home in RSM built in 1996.

Hi I have received 32" series 385 channel balance and was delighted with the results, thanks. I just put in an order for 26" series 385. I have one here though that I cannot find in the 385 series. I recently bought some window balances with above parts number (and 8 balances with 3010). I just had a man come to install the balances and he said the tops of all the windows have a broken part that will not hold the balance/window in. I have a broken window balancer with the number 2950 stamped on it. Looking for a replacemen.

THIS IS A 3 INCH PIECE THAT FITS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW AND INTO THE MIDDLE PICTURE PIECE. THIS BREAKS MORE OFTEN THAN ICARE TO SAY AND CURRENTLY HAVE THREE WINDOWS THAT NEED THIS.

Hi I found part #82-239 and 82-259 somewhat similar to the one that is missing from my other existing door. Can you tell me which one I should get and please include the handle too because it's missing the lever latch. The hole spacing of the door handle is 3-15/16" and the thickness is about 1-5/ ... These look like your 11/16 #18-142 (except mine are almond color). My part has the same dimensions as the 18-142 except for the top. The top of the 18-142 looks like it extends horizontally over the top of the sash frame. My clip is broken so I can't determine the dimension of the top. Any thoughts. ... (cont.)

It came off the side of the window, the window will not close with out it.

I'm looking for replacement channel balance for my window as the rope broke on them. They're labelled 23-5 JI5 CMC 31, they're 1/2" wide rail at 24" long not including top and bottom ends.
