Original pivot bar to thick for item 15-192

I am ordering 3640 units but have another window that gives me 17 3 FV CMC 7 as reference number, length is 18 inches. I want to order this at same time. Can you help on that please, picture attached. Thanks, Richard

Hello, See attached pictures. The latch will not stay locked to the plate. If I hold the lock handle down the latch stays. If I do not hold the lock handle, the door opens. I believe I need a new dual latch. The sticker states information about the door. Regards, Jim

Good afternoon, I'm looking for two left hand crank assemblies to replace the type shown in the attached photos and drawing. I can send more if needed. Windows are circa 1979, all aluminum.

This cam piece in the pic broke on the right side. Can you also identify the balance marked 34C BSI? We also need both shoes in the pics.

The first screw hole is 5/8 from the end and the holes are 1 1/4 apart.

on August 2017 I order 6 Certain Teed Pivot Shoe item # 15-192, but the original pivot bar is thicker and dont feed in the metal bushing that you send,I like to get the right pivot bar.
