I need a multipoint casement window lock for Milgard windows. I have attached some pics and a diagram of a similar lock with my locks dimensions written in. It looks like a Truth hardware part, but the prong only sticks out 1 1/8 inches

I'm trying to find new window balances for my single hung vinyl windows. The ones on there are stamped 24-9 BSI. The metal portion measures 25 inches. I would like replacements with ends attached.

I purchased Part 39-205 to replace a "Truth" part that fit a Pella Window Casing (attached photos "Pella Truth a and c" are photos of the part I have, and desire a replacement for) The 39-205 that I received has a round interior that does not fit over the "geared" window casing part (attached pho ... I can't seem to find the right replacement or one that would work. It is stamped 191 on the metal side and is 31" in length.

I have seen new brass fittings that ALMOST would work except mine do not attach to the sill, but to the window.

The only lettering/numbers found are "4714-1 w2" on the crank handle. Distance between bottom holes (1 3/8" apart) to top holes is 5 1/4" The link arm is 2"center-of-hinge to the center hole at the end. The link arm also has a manufactured bend in it.The housing is wedge-shaped in depth. 1 1/2" ... (cont.)

We installed operators on a total of 8 windows, and it looks like 50% have been bad.. Its a pretty basic install... the cranks 39-020 are failing within the first few days. I have a balance that is stamped 32.5 is it better to go up to 33 or down to 32.

Do you have a replacement latch that will fit Viking windows? I would like to replace the older latches on Viking windows (lever type) with new sliding latches like the Jeld-Wen sliding window latches. Thanks Michael
