I'm looking for 45034 truth hardware operator to open up my window with a straight arm. I ordered one on the internet and the arm was almost 12 inches. In the photo I attached the one I need is the smaller one which the straight arm is only 8 inches. Do you still this product.

i have some hurd windows i need to replace the friction shoe on. looks like the 15-104 will work. these are jamb liners you squeeze outward to tilt the window. ho do the jamb liners come out to replace the shoe? your video shows screws to remove but none on these units. thanks

on one leg 5/16"; on the other leg 025. Maximum thickness (at the junction of the two legs) is 0.310 inches, which matches the thickness of the screen frame. Max thickness each leg is about 0.218 inches. I need about 8 but will purchase a couple dozen.

Hello, I have milestone single hung series 1000 windows. From what I can tell I need the 380 29" long balance. I'm not sure which option to choose for weight. There's an ink stamp on my balance that reads Unique 28-0-40. Your help is appreciated. Best regards, Tom

The nylon glide for my 1977 Pella casement broke in half and I have lost the half that is under the window sash.
