The only name we can find is a sticker on the side of the door (in one of photos above) that says Herbst Lazar 1983 and the letter C. We purchased door in 2005 - possibly from Lowes

The balance I will need is 31 inches long and would be series 385 i can tell by the winged top and bottom pieces. I am not sure about a weight range. Hi , The part # 81-261. Please advise the distances between from CENTER of the adjustment screw ( lower) to the CENTER of hole (top) - where is the screw attached from the side of slice door frame . How far apart is it? I measured my is 7 /16 of an inch. Thanks! Son.
