I have a sash that weighs right at the max of a 3230 (23#) and the min of a 3240. The original window has 1 of each (i.e. 1 3230 and 1 3240). Am I better off to use 2 3240's? These look are Series 385's (33"). Thanks,

This operator comes with a jog along the 4 7/16 " leg. Heading from the riveted joint, it can have a jog up, or jog down. I can't tell from the picture. Which way does the 39-031 part go. Thanks.

I managed to get to my home in Atco, and look at the sliding screen door.However, I did not know how to take it out. It is all metal as shown in the picture below (from the Swisco website). But, it looks like the second picture below.

The only part identification I can find is "Canadian patent 919213." I have found the locking mechanism, but I actually need the handle. Mine was busted.
