Hi replace my spiral balance and the window will not go up at all after I install 29" s900 red-tip spiral balance the window has two on each side . The window was opening before I replace with new ones.

Your tilt latches for Keller windows seem to have the same measurements as my 24 year old Le-Al-Co latches. Will they work or do you have the ones for my windows? I can't find the ones for my windows on your web site.

Please see attached photos. I have a 26-year vintage wood Sun Bay window by Marvin. The handle broke off recently. I was told by manufacturer's rep that they used Truth Hardware's awning operator but they don't have the parts I need. The Dual Pull Lever Operator 10.11 is the closest I can find ... (cont.)

I have attached some pictures of what my current tilt latches look like. Note the rounded piece on top of the sash slides in and out to release the stop holding the window in the track. My windows will not open and stay. I want the easiest way to fix. The guides are 28 inches long and 3/8 wide. Look at the pictures. I have 6 windows. The number stamped on the guides is 2740. Can you help? Thank you, Frank

What length balance would be needed for a double hung window that has a 25" vertical travel?

Hello, My current channel balance is stamped (29-9 IX CMC 11) and the window weighs 30 lbs. I believe I need to order Series 385 with Stamp Option 2950. I recently purchased your series 351 channel balances with the 19-002 and 15-002 ends and they matched my existing balances perfectly. However, I am having difficulty matching the top sash guides I have with the ones on your site. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased 39-114L and 39-107 because I wanted to change my hardware colors to white. My contractor prefers a handle with a set screw. Can we use 39-114 instead? Will this handle work with the operator cover I have selected? Is this the correct operator cover for my operator?

Hello: I am trying to buy replacement Pivot Shoes for my windows. I think the 15-048 matches my part pretty well. But the only dimension in question is the overall thickness.
