is this product all I need to change a regular latch to a keyed one

My apartment complex uses these shoes in its windows. This is the bottom half; the broken part got lost. I've never seen a shoe with that metal flange across the back. What shoe do you have that could make my tilt windows work again?

Hello, I need to replace my spiral balances in my tilt window. I currently have 3/8" x 29 " with black tip spiral balances. I don't see any with black tips on your site for the size I need. What color tip spiral balance could I use to replace my existing ones? Thank you, Wayne

I took the lock from my A/W sliding patio door to have it re-keyed. The locksmith informed me that it is missing a component that attaches the gear to the key cylinder, so even if he re-keyed it, the cylinder doesn't make contact with the rest of the unit to turn the latch. I need at least a finger hold for my heavy wood- framed glass doors. How thick are the fixed panel keepers? Will they slide past the other door that is 1" away? Do you have anything narrower?

The window operators were installed in the late 70s

I need replacement balances for two different Andersen windows On one window both balances read K47 7 27 1269. On the other window one balance reads E3 9 27 170 and the other E3 9 27 270. Can you help?

For this window crank,39-146, do you have the wing nut style crank as opposed to crank 39-286.

I am trying to find coil balance replacements for my windows. They appear to be tandem style and I attached photos to give you an ideas as to what I am looking for. The bottom window sash is 31". Do you have something that would work?

I am looking for corner keys that are 3/16 by 3/16 for aluminum screen repair. Any suggestion.

The window size is 3046. The size of the balancer in the photo is 3inches by 6 inches. Can you guide me to the correct replacement part? The parts I see on your page - I don't see the holes for the screws to the head jamb. Thank you ! Mary Lou

On the left is Swisco part # 87-213. Now I'm trying to find the 2nd roller on the right(brown plastic) that doesn't have the large end piece for holding the whole carriage in place. any ideas? I don't need it to be brown, any color will do. thanks, chris

Hi, This lock has a keep that meets the lock at 90 degree position. It has 2 1/16 hole center. I cannot find any that may work to replace this lock.

Hi: I just sent an inquiry about replacements balances and realize I need about 8 of these Phillips replacement locks. I took pictures of 3 different locks around the house on different size windows. I need to replace the balance in my Simonton Luminess windows. I've included a picture of a working one and one that is missing the cover. I hope that is good enough.
