Recently purchased a champion 700 series casement window, that is missing both recessed folding cranks. Will 39-375 39-376 fit or do u have something that will fit.

I believe this is a Betterbuilt window. The window won't stay up so I'm sure it needs balances. I have never seen this type of system before. It is a tilt-out but I don't see the balance.

I have windows in a condo that have the same looking lock. The tip on the bottom has broken off and no longer locks in place. I wanted to find a replacement and found these on line. Hello Swisco, I am looking for a very similar Pella casement hinge as the 39-352, except the long pivot arm needs to measure 12 1/8 inches end to end. The sash it operates on is 34 inches wide.Is this available? Thank you! BTW, Great web site !! :)

I think the window product number is DH-BI-HP 55 PSF MST3'8"x6'0". Do you have replacements? I have a photo of the label if that helps. Thanks, Tom

Hi, Just need to confirm which replacement balances to order. I've attached photos of my existing balance. Measured length is 28" metal-metal. Not sure which model best matches my plastic ends. I need two balances and 10 take out clips - item 16-002. Thanks, Paul
