I ordered the 15-134 based upon the look and color of the center. When i recived them and put them side by side the center hole size i need is larger then your 15-134. Which model do i need and how do i return?

My old 3/8" x 30" balances have red tips, yet the windows weigh 27lbs. I am not sure what balances I need.
