The 28" Blue S500 series balances are breaking. If we don't turn 5 times the sash will not stay up.

This is a 26" x 1/2" window balance. I need to replace these on 2 windows. The stamp is 25 4 HP Caldwell. Thank you.

I removed the latch to put the new one in and the new latch will not work when i install it. I put the old one back and it work like it suppose do. The new latch does not spring back on the latch and the square does not line up.

not sure which parts I need, and not sure who made the window. This is for residential windows for an apartment complex that we bought.
