Hi I have a bay window that has a broken crank on the right side of the window. The pictures I attached are from the working side. I'm not sure what I need for parts to fix it. Do I need the entire crank + assembly? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jeff

Hello, I have a broken channel balance that has the signage "13 3 DU CMC 2" (pictured). What is the best replacement part for this? The channel length is 14", and width is 9/16". Both end parts have "wings" Thanks! Vega in San Jose

I have an American Craftsman Silverline screen door. item number 716467813847. The latch handle is broken and I cannot find a replacement. It was installed in 2008. The 26-349 vent lock was discontinued about a year ago. Currently we do not have a new application window vent lock available. Sorry.
