Can the "take out clips" be replaced easily. I have a window that has 2 that are missing. I am hoping they just snap right in to the frame from the inside. correct? I have the sliver ones that are in the video how would I get the correct part number?

I need two of these balances

the stamped number on one balance is 26 D and the other is a 20 C. Are the balance's available for these windows and what is the cost the metal clips that attach to the window to load the balance has broken on both models Thanks for any help Wes
