HI, I have two tilting windows. For the first, the four shoes seem to be broken, the spiral balances have disconnected from the broken shoes. The metal parts in the shoes are broken. Hi, I want to replace some channel balances. They are stamped 2630L and look like your S385-27 parts, EXCEPT that the lower balance shoe has no wings on my old parts. You don't have this combination as an option. Can I use S385-27 parts as replacements? Thanks, Sean
