I need some replacement window balances. The old number on one is 2030C. It looks like a series 380 or 385 will work. What is the difference between them. I also need some 2030 balances. The window is a single hung, no-tilt, Andersen series 2700. The part is stamped with "27 14L". It is 1/2" thick and 28.25 inches tall. I could not find it on your site. Can you assist?

I have pulled out an Andersen sash balance and the only markings I can make are: C6 space 7 space 27 space -106. Not completely sure about the -106 Glass size fits that of a 2846 unit. The window may date to the '60's What sash balance do you recommend? Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have a problem similar to the other postings and think the 70-211 would do the trick. The problem I'm having is removing the broken clip. There's a small lip on each side of the track and I don't know how to make it wider without causing damage. Thanks, Mike
