Entering part #45301 in your websites search engine identifes the correct design but the wrong size. Wheras the 12" dimension in your photo is much smaller than the broken part in the same position. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. I have a 4-plex and each unit has a picture window with 2 horizontal sliders to each side.
