These are trapozoidal shaped screen ports that hinge at the top and open to allow access to my window handles. Hi, I have 2 channel balancers that need replacement with milgard windows. They have a stamp "23 5 HS Caldwell", the length of the metal portion is about 24 inches. The larger of the plastic parts is slightly larger than 1" depth so I assume it is the 1-3/32", and the smaller is about 1/2" ... (cont.)

Can you identify the part shown in the attached photos? The length is 3.25". There are two installed in each of the Weathervane double sash windows. The windows were installed in 1984. I looked through your catalogue and couldn't find a match. Thanks, Kent

Dear Swisco, I'm trying to find the correct replacement balance for my Andersen doublehung window. The balance has 11600-17 on one side, 11600-A3 on the other, and BD31 / 89 on the end tab. No other number are stamped or inked. Window is 28.5" wide. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ralph ... (cont.)

The crank handle came out of the mechanism. The window is a side out (left to right). The crank cover lays up against the ledge. The cover looks like part 39-322, but it isn't brass.
