Need help to identify the balance number for the S390-29. Windows are standard not custom made. Here is my pic

Both channel balances have broken. They are stamped 2850K. They measure 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The window weighs right at 35 pounds. I have two size windows 46 x 57 and 22 x 57 they both have 27 4 KO Caldwell channel balances this does not seem correct to me. Is there a formula for this? The windows are dual pane.I do not have access to weight the windows now that I am in a different city.

Hello, I recently purchased two S350-15 channel balances. I do not think they are the right item because they do not hold up the window more than 4 inches. I have a Hope RH operator that has a 9.5 inch arm. The part # 39-354 looks to be the replacement operator. Also the worm gear engages the sector gear on the arm on the other side (inside of radius instead of outside of radius). Will the worm gear location change the force needed to open or close the ...
