Hi, My original 1/2 inch channel balancer's have the markings of: 31DS 36. The top shoe is a 19-002. The bottom shoe my be a 15-001 or 15-002. We have large Pella casement windows. First the screw holding the hinges started coming loose. Now the hinge itself came off the track. I need to replace the wheel assemblies on 4 doors. They appear to be the 81-007 but I need to be sure. They are stamped with 'CHINA 41781'.
