82-033 Patio Glass Door Handle Set..In the photo the screws are on the right of the handle indicating a Left Pull...Is that correct? The opposite for 82-032 indicating a Right Pull... Thanks

I believe I need either the series 380 or 390, however the shoe and top are slightly different. Shoe 15-001 and top 19-005 is the closest match. I am needing to replace the balances in my home. The original manufacturer was Kinco. Windows were installed in 1986. Windows are non-tilting double hung. I think I need 390 series w/ 19-002top & 15001 shoe. Does this match any previous requests for similar window. Thank You.

I have 2 36"x34" double pane, double hung replacement windows which are heavy. I used the standard replacement balance on one of the windows however, these were not strong enough to keep the window up. I saw on the net someone inquiring about biltbest parts. Do h u have access to the crank I've attached? It's a narrowish longish casement window that locks on the left ( as your standing) and cranks from the right side in the middle. Thanks, Mark
