12-2 marking, window is 9 pounds. Shoe doesn't seem wide enough because 1 side will fall out and balance will raise without window. Catches on window are a bit worn too.

The sash weights 16.4 lbs. Lenght of balance is 24 inches(not including brackets on each end) Can you make sure I order the correct parts. Need 2, 1 for each side. I also need one pair of window stops, measured 3in long, 1.25in wide, white.

Hi. I am looking for a replacement window balance. It is marked "20 3 DR CALDWELL". The metal extrusion has a length of 21 inches. The shoe has a width of 1 3/32 inches. Please let me know what additional information you need to identify a replacement balance. Chris

What prep would be needed to utilize the track cover on this track? It would easily snap onto the sections that are not damaged but half the track is bumpy like this. Would the areas that are lower need to be built up?

Hi team, I'm helping my MIL replace about 30-40 of these tilt latches, circa 1994. Central lock is a Gapco-branded metal, but sashes are plastic. Dimensions are roughly 7/8" deep by 2"+ long. The door lock doesn't retrieve. It just stays inside the door.

I believe this is called a coil spring balance, but there are different styles of them. I would like to know how I can determine what a proper replacement would beI believe American craftsman makes this window from Home Depot

I hav a CGI 72" x 80" sliding impact glass door series 150 2. Installed June 2014. Handle is broken and will not tighten to door. Handle and related hardware needs replacement.

Hello! I'm in need of replacement balances for three of these windows. I also need them for some other windows (they are bad in every single hung window in the home (approx 9 windows total). I need to grab measurements on the others the next time I'm back.

We measured width and reads 5/8 balance has stamp that reads 28AUSP
