Windows will not open when I attempt to lift it up. Some of the window appears to have loose strings that connects to the channels

This has three different arms with one going to the left and two going right. I believe that it is a ROTO. Please advise as to a replacement.

Hi, I'm trying to find a replacement part for a specific bracket. The only issue is I can't find it anywhere. There is a part that looks similar but isn't the right dimensions. The back screw holes are 1-1/8 and the middle is also 1-1/8.

Can you ID this part? Top hole is offset to the left. Top to bottom hole spacing is about 5.25". Bottom hole offset is about 1.25" Arm length is about 2.00"
