Hi, This product is shown as needing both #6 wood screws and machine screws (for the piece attached to the drawer. Could you please let me know the specs for the machine screw? Are they included? (I know already the wood screw is not). Thank you

I'm not sure what the exact piece is called. I need the securing piece for the extension arm of the window. It is the small metal piece the secures the arms together and latches under that pin.

Hello, I do not see any model numbers or any markings whatsoever on this block and tackle. As you can see the plastic is broken off on one end. I would 12 of these. Thanks, Wayne

No markings on window, but a number 6 or 9 on the spring. The lower window weighs 11.4 pounds . The window is a double hung tilt sash window with both sections tilting in.

I have an old sliding glass door and the rollers are deteriorated. There are no names or numbers but the dimensions are as follows. 1 1/2 x 2 1/8 x 9/16 wide. I need two of these. I would rather have steel wheels if possible.

I cannot find any mfg info on these windows. These plastic spacers snap into a groove on one side of the inside edge of the window frame and up against the frame of the window on the outside edge. Sliding door handle. Screw holes 3 14/16. Length of handle is 8 inches long.

These little plastic guides are breaking off. They keep the window straight in frame when raising and lowering. The measure 3/8" x 3/16". Thank you.

This top sash guide is from a window that was installed circa 2000. The label on the window is a Lawson SH-7500. My confusion is that the part #18-192 that you show is different than this part. Currently, I need 2 of these but I would like to have an additional 8 as backups.

Please advise on the correct window operator. Long arm #40753 and short arm # 31538A. Looks like long arm from center of the mounting hole to the end of the arm is 10-3/4.
