One arm says Truth 30905. The other arm (underneath) says 30744. Thank you for the help!!!

Looking at the pictures, I think its either a 380 or 385 but not 100% sure.

I ordered 38 channel Balances with the wrong tops(!), so I need to be sure that I am ordering the right tops this time.

The flexible cord and clip that holds the cord to the side of the window have broken and have been discarded. So I believe the simplest solution is a replacement balance for that side of my window. Could you let me know which part number I'll need to purchase? Thanks.

We have 1980's Anderson windows with Leaf Style Weather Stripping. Do you think you Certainteed product would work in lieu of Anderson?

I'm looking for a hinge similar to the one in image. Stamp on hinge says A7 pat 3,391,420. It's identical to the 32-101 you have however it doesn't tell me the measurements of the depth for the side where the 3 screws go.

It's a 16lb sash with an integrated balance mechanism. Stamp option: 25.25-3 Is the the Series 745 channel balance the right replacement part?

Attached are a few photos of the window slides from my window. The strings were broken and the springs missing. Four photos are of the slides themselves, and the fifth photo is of the markings in the window itself. I'm not sure which manufacturer. Thanks!
