It's a cylindrical thing kind of like a piston. Is there an extended version of same? Our storm doors are installed in such a way that they don't open past about 45 degrees, and I've heard that there are longer ones which would allow a wider opening.

The channel length is 25.5 and .5 inch wide. Milgard manufactured the windows. Stamp says 25 4 RK. Need 8 balancers for 4 windows. Thanks for help in identifying the proper balancer needed.
