Hello! I have a vinyl window. The lower sash has a "shoe" that should stay with the sash, but is broken, and stays at bottom. Do you have replacement shoe? at the top of the sash frame, there is a little plastic tab that prevents the sash from dislodging from frame. I don't see any tension rods ... (cont.)
