Hello, I am looking for this sash balance. The metal section measures 26" long and the 1/2" wide. The sashes themselves weigh 31 lbs. The current balance is stamped with 25-9 HN5 CMC 71. I will add 5 more pictures for a total of 10

I'm looking for replacements for both sides of window. I have additional photos if needed. The metal channel measures 1/2 inch and 29 inches long. Thanks!

Is there a video to replace S795 channel balance? I have difficulty finding a video on Youtube showing me how to do that, there are different kinds of balance, but not the S795 ones, as the T-Lock shoes are different. An additional question. I believe I have Plygem windows. The boot that keeps the window on the balance is broken on both sides. The window will not stay up. I don't know if I need the whole balance or not? The stamp on the balance says 25C

This is a Vetter patio sliding door. This is the small weatherstrip that goes on the interior portion of the frame, and when the door is closed it provides the seal.

I need the interior & exterior escutcheon plates that will fit the screw holes (7 1/2" from top to bottom) and the interior thumb-turn lock and exterior keyed lock. the Secury multi-lock #s are pictured but I also include a pic of the other si ... The arm measurement is 2 5/16 and the screw hole is 3/16 threaded The distance from top to bottom hole on center is 5 1/4 Distance between bottom 2 holes on center is 1 1/8

I have several Alcoa windows that I would like to repair and replace the weatherstripping. All of them are Alcoa, but they are different sizes. I want your help figuring out what I need to repair the windows. The main problems are that the balances are broken or jammed, and we cannot open windows or ... (cont.)

This one of the top piece is in pieces so you only have about 1/2 of it. I would be replacing both of these. they retain the top of the spring to the window. The one on the clip for the side and guide of the window is intact and would take 4 of them to lock in the window. Do not know the brand b ... (cont.)
