On Swisco's website, you sell Product Code 90-005 (window sash lock, 2-1/4"). However, when I measured the defective window sash lock, I measured 2-3/4". Am I measuring wrong? Snap in glazing for double hung vinyl replacement window

Need two channel balances for GA window (1988 installed). Length of alum frame is 29 1/4" not including the plastic end fittings. Stamped on balance frame is 28 1/4 3 C M.
