This is the bracket I am looking for my drawers. I would like to update them if possible. I will need 8 of them. The holder has a plastic that is broken off and as you can see there is two holes on the wall. I don't care about them being alike as long as they work for me.

This pivot lock shoe has a spring install inside to raise the window and does not remove from shoe, is 1-1/4" wide, 2-3/4" long, without spring tab on top, 4" with the spring tab on top, 9/16" deep, made from Moss windows 6 years ago.

I have 19 windows and most have at least one broken balancer. these are for AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 I've attached photos of the deteriorated/broken plastic parts that allow the string to attach to the frame/spring.

I am trying to repair or replace the lever lock for a wood (alum clad) casement window with screen. The crank has a Pella label on it but not sure if the level lock is Pella. I am looking for a replacement lock for a casement window. Unfortunately the window had no tags for model / serial or brand and I've been trying to find the right part based on photos. It appears part of the handle / escutcheon is missing.

These tilt-in vinyl windows were installed by Pulte in 2001 in North Carolina. They appear to be Block and tackle style but instead of pulleys, the string wraps around nylon blocks with curved tracks for the string. Force front clip assembly I am afraid that the peg is too tight in the receiver, because it is so difficult to orient the peg in the receiver even by hand, I can't imagine putting these two pieces, one onto the false front and one on the side and trying to align them so perfectly. I am looking to replace several screens in my Nami classic series 2000/2100 single hung CPDPWGM059. The fact the problem is not the screen itself but the frames have bent and warped over the years, looking for maybe half dozen screens dozen scre.
