My casement window operator was having a hard time opening and closing. When I unscrewed it from the window frame, I noticed some of the teeth on the gear had worn away. So I guess I need to replace it but not sure what parts to get. It's made by Truth as etched on one of the arms. I need both a rig ... (cont.)

I recently ordered part numbers 39-188 & 39-187 wanting to replace both crank handles in my daughters bedroom. Parts described have a total arm length of 5 inches. They are proper for a couple of my windows but the one needing to be replaced has a total arm length of approx 4-3/8" with the 5 inch ... (cont.)

Part #30866 is the same but the old one doesn't have part #40394 that is the middle piece. It's longer than the old one. I have the pictures of the model and size that I take from the window frame. How can match size? Please help me! Thank you

We purchased the house with casement windows and a number of the operators need to be replaced. I'm trying to identify the replacement parts. The only identifying number I see is on the bottom of the operator arm that looks like "50688" or perhaps "S0688". I dont see any other identifying numbers on ... (cont.)

Window handle that winds to open and close window

I have not found any markings. I realize that I might need to have the whole arm/hinge. I will take either. I have not found An arm out hinge that resembles what I currently have.
