I cannot find any identitification on the window. I need a replacement operator arm. The operator track on the bottom of the window is also missing. I recently ordered replacement parts for my Patriot Casement windows under order for 39-187 & 39-188. These were the closest matches to the existing crank show in picture above.The new parts do not match the existing. do you have anything like my existing cranks.Paul

screws on crank are 5 inches apart. The next piece is 3.5 inches from rivet to center of gear. Next piece is 4 inches rivet to center of hole.Thank youJeff

See there attached photos. The unit has a number stamped on it, The inner arm cranks out from the left side of the gear. I've purchased both the 39-187 & 39-089. I am able to open it, but unable to close it. I'd like to replace the whole thing and it looks like 39-187 would be the right choice, but I also saw the 39-089 and want to know the difference.
