39-089 Window Dyad Crank, 5"

Do you carry a window crank with a 4 7/16" arm? The piece I need looks like your item # 39-089. The only difference is that the 5" arm is too long. (The distance between the screws on my piece is 5")

Trying to find Casement window operator.

I have a double casement vinyl window. The hardware is stamped Truth. The stud bracket mounted to the window is flat and is 8 inches in length. On the window pictured the stud mounted to the window is rusted off. I should probably replace all the hardware for both the left and right windows. The len ... (cont.)

Something inside is stripped. Can't open the window for the first 3 inches then can't close it for the lsat bit. Have to use hands to open and close.

Could you please help me find the crank I need for this Traco window. I tried the 39-187 but it wasn't closing the window. The zigzag arm is a little bit longer on the old one.Thanks

I need both hand cranks. The picture supplied is of the crank for the left side window looking out from within the home. I believe I am looking for 39-187 & 39-188 but would like a confirmation from your experts. Thanks Jim

The brand of the casement window crank assembly is Truth. The part that is damaged is the black piece and attached metal glide (shown in photo) that ties in the lower hinge of the casement window to the installed to the track appears to be damage/cracked due to use. Good morning.Looking to replace both left and right crank out window handles.The brand is truth and windows are from house built in the 80's.

The window crank has faded numbers on the interior they are "30_ _ 6 ". Can not make out the two numbers or letters inbetween. The front says "G Truth". The screw holes on this are the right distance apart to replace the existing piece I have, but the other 5 in segmetn shown here is only 4.5 inches on my existing piece of hardware. I ordered part # 39187 & 39188 because according to your site those where the replacement. The arm that is attached to the gear is different and does not allow the window to close. Hello.. Please verify if this window crank is a 39-188? the Arm measures 5" and the mounting spread is 5" but looks like the inner part is more like 3" ?
