39-089 Window Dyad Crank, 5"

I believe these are Pella windows . The crank on the bottom of the window seems to be the one causing the issues. The inside arm drops when window is trying to close and it collides with other arm.

Looking at your website I feel I need one if these parts. Please advise after looking at attached pics. Pics are all the same broken part. 39-089 or 39-187 Please advise Thank You Dan

According to the measurements on your websites 39-089 was the replacement part I needed. When it arrived it was obvious that it was not. They are 5" but the arm length is different.
