Our old crank is in the bottom left of this pic. The new one sent us is on the upper right,but it does not retract far enough into the closer to to completely shut the window. What one do I really need? part # is 39-089 Thanks Phil

Hello! I am looking for the replacement parts for window locks and crank handles as pictured. Would you be able to help identify them and/or have them available for purchase? I have a window without any operator. On the remaining hardware, it is printed "Ashland 7D698P".

Need hardware to hold base and crankhandle to secure it while opening and closing window.I need hardware to replace the corroded screws that tightens the base or crank handle. Can you suggest anything?

Is the arm closest to the crank for item number 39-187, 1 inch shorter than the one on item number 39-089? Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to fix my window as it's been broken for some time. I cant seem to get it to mount properly to the window frame rail anymore. I'm hoping I can replace the parts and fix this issue. Thank you! ~James

recently purchased a 39-089 to replace the older one pictured next to it. control arm is the correct 5" but the crank arm on the old one is slightly different shape and 1" longer. Also picture 2 shows where there used to be a 3rd mountinf screw in a plate that was 90 degrees to the body entered on t ... (cont.)

We found that product code: 39-089 is similar to what we have. However, the the arm length is only about 4-1/2" instead of 5". Thank you.

I have a casement window with 5" mounting holes, like on the 39-187. However, the straight arm on my old one is 4.5", but your straight arm is 5" long. Do you have that part? Do you have it in the color clay?

It appears that your part # 30-090 is what I am looking for except that it states in the discription that the arm length is 5" long and the one I have is approx 4.4" long. Is there another crank I should be looking at? Thanks, Rich

part # 39-187, and #39-089 have the same dimensions except one is for Casement Vinyl Window, and the other for Casement Window, What is the difference between 2 cranks ? (I have a beige metal window. Can I use either of them?)

My windows are casment from the 80's I need the cranks to open the window and the locks what is interchangeable for them

Do you have a casement operator, dimensions like 39-067 in white with offset leg going into crank, as in the attached picture?
