I need a left-hand hinge arm for a Pella window that was installed in the late 1990's. The outer dimensions of the window are 65 x 25, the actual window with glass that opens is 63x23PHOTO is a right-hand window right next to it. The rivet at hinge arm and bracket under window broke. Please see attached pictures. Pella windows were manufactured in 1974 per numbers found on sill, 704CC. Three of the four crank handles no longer work; however, one of the original cranks (stamped #4 on top, X-429 on bottom)fits and works flawlessly over the shaft/spline. I'm sending several photos of this Pella Awning Window, it was made in the 1990's. I'm in search of the correct " Operator " for this window. There is no visible serial number to be found. I truly hope that you can help me out with replacing the needed part.

I purchased the 39-176 as it looked identical to the old crank. Turns out the arm from the crank to the first link is shorter on the old one. Approx 4 ⅜ from center rivet to center rivet. would a the length of the arm effect the window operation,like properly closing etc. We have the the crank operator with the long arm #39-175 , would the operator#39-097 work just as well, its less money.

Looking for help identifying left casement replacement hardware

What is the difference between 39-096-7 and 39-175-6? Dimensions are the same. We need the crank on the left window in kitchen. The right was replaced by window repairman two years ago. The windows (which open outward) are more than ten years old. Sal

My crank mechanism seems very similar to part 39-097 except the bracket that attaches to the window itself does not match dimensions in photo on your website. The base with gear mechanism and the arms all seem to be same dimensions as listed in on line photo.

What's the difference between product code 39-097 and 39-175 that warrants doubling the price? Unfortunately I think I require product 39-175, but the only difference I see is the dimension of the piece that screws to the window. Am I missing something?

Please explain how to replace the 39-096 and 39-097 in an existing mounted window? Do they just side in and out? Do I have to some how dismantle the bottom molding (without breaking it) to access the cranks? Please advise
